Fancy a weekend away with a difference this summer? Opening soon in London, Kidzania is a unique new experience for children aged from 4-14, where they can work, play and learn in a kid-sized city.
There are more than 60 professional environments for children to try their hand at being a fashion designer, a fireman or a surgeon, whilst learning valuable real-world skills. For every job they complete, kids are paid in Kidzos, the Kidzania currency.
A firefighting experience involves dressing up and firing real water guns, whilst elsewhere in the complex children can try their hand at working in a hospital or making food.
They can then choose to splash their cash on goods and services in the centre, or open a bank account and save their pennies. It’s an outrageously fun concept that’s proved to be a smash-hit across the world; and now it’s opening in London!
You’ll be able to find the Kidzania city at Westfields shopping centre in Shepherd’s Bush – so why not make a weekend of it? Superbreak offers plenty of options including hotels nearby, combined attraction tickets and much more.
After a busy day of running around you’ll need to refuel, so make sure that you add a meal at Planet Hollywood to your itinerary. This restaurant is a London institution, and it’s got a child-friendly menu that Mum and Dad will love too.
Sink your teeth into a tasty burger or get stuck into some sizzling fajitas, all in some pretty swanky surroundings. Planet Hollywood is stuffed to the brim with movie memorabilia – including props from the James Bond films that are sure to thrill parents and kids alike.
We’ve got deals available from just £211 for entrance to KidZania and accommodation for a family of four, so pop into your local Lincolnshire Co-op travel branch to see what we can offer you.
